Is there any additional charge for customization?

Custom jerseys? No extra charge—it’s all part of the fun! Adding names to other gear does have a small fee.

Is there any limitation in customization?

No limits here—if you can dream it, we can print it. Bringing your design to life is half the fun!

Can I customize my own design in a jersey?

Absolutely! Your imagination deserves a jersey that’s styled just for you—custom design is what we do best.

How long does customization take?

Once your design is locked in, we get to work! Production to delivery usually takes about 4 weeks—worth the wait for something custom-made just for you.

Can I change the design after placing the order?

If it hasn’t hit the press yet, you’re good to go—we can make changes! Once it’s printed, though, it’s locked in. Just keep in mind, updates will extend delivery time a bit.

Do you offer discounts?

Discounts aren’t just once in a while—they’re all year. Get on our email list to catch them first. And if you’re rolling deep with a team, we’ve got special rates just for you.

After how many days will I receive my order?

We don’t rush greatness. Jerseys take about 4 weeks from approval to delivery—worth the wait! Stock items ship fast in 3–5 business days.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders may be canceled up until the printing stage. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Is it possible to get an item faster than the expected turnaround time?

Got a deadline? Let us know! We’ll be real with you about what’s possible and keep expectations clear.

Are there any extra shipping charges?

Spend $120 or more and shipping is on us! For smaller orders, just a small shipping charge applies.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We’ve got you covered—major credit cards and Google Pay are always welcome. For larger orders, we’ll send you an invoice by email. Prefer Venmo or CashApp? Just shoot us a message!

Is cash on delivery available?

Sorry, no cash on delivery. But we’ve got plenty of easy payment options to choose from!

Is the printing durable and washable?
  • Jerseys are durable because of their polyester strength. Polyester is the industry standard because it's tough, wrinkle-resistant, and doesn't lose shape easily. 
  • Colorfast sublimation printing: Designs are heat-infused into the fibers, meaning graphics won't peel or crack over time. 
  • Machine-wash safe: Polyester resists shrinking and stretching, so jerseys can be washed repeatedly without damage. 
Do you provide size assistance or a size guide?

Absolutely. We’ve got size charts ready so you can lock in the right fit—no guesswork.

Can I get a refund or return if my size is not proper or if there is any defect?
  • We’ve got you covered if it’s out of your hands—refunds are available for defects beyond your control.
  • Non-custom gear can be swapped for a different size.
  • We encourage checking the size chart so your fit is perfect the first time.
